As I reflect, almost all of my fondest memories with friends, colleagues, and clients have some connection to breaking bread at the table — my happy place for as long as I can remember. Thus, after a decade supporting executives at Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms with performance improvement initiatives, I started PSA to bridge the gap between what I love to do and who I truly want to help — operators within local food ecosystems.

At PSA, my priority is to help each Client build a sustainable foundation for growth and achieve best-in-class operational excellence while maintaining brand integrity. Despite PSA’s primary focus on businesses within farming & food, my background spans a variety of industries, and I’m always open to a conversation with entrepreneurs across sectors.
